- Put 3 lb chicken in slow cooker with 1 can Soda, 1/2 cup Lemon Juice, 1/2 cup water.
- Let sit 8 hours on low heat. (midnight – 8am; this gives time to make chili for dinner.)
- Shred, drain pot, and start chili in same pot.
- Rinse Beans, Dice Onion and Greens.
- Fill an 18-25qt pot/slow cooker with Non-Meats and Spices.
- Cover pot, set to med-low and let it sit 2-8 hours. Stir occasionally.
- Serve with Pairings. Refrigerate leftovers.
