Directions
- Place All Ingredients in a slow cooker. Give them a gentle stir.
- Cover and cook on LOW heat for 8-10 hours.
- Shred pork with a fork. Keep lid off after shredding for about 15 minutes so juice will thicken.
- Once desired consistency is reached, serve the way you like it.
- If freezing, freeze meat in the juices.
