Brownies:
- Whip Sugar and Butter together.
- Add Eggs and blend.
- Add Cocoa, Flour, and Vanilla, blending really well.
- Grease/flour a 13x9" pan. Pour into pan.
- Bake 25-30 minutes @ 325°. If an inserted toothpick comes out clean, it is done. Let cool.
- Whip Butter, Sugar, Salt, Vanilla, and Milk together really well.
- Layer #1 - Add 5 drops Green Food Coloring and ¼ tsp Peppermint to 1 cup frosting. Frost Brownies and freeze until firm.
- Layer #2 - Add ¼ cup Cocoa and 1 Tbsp Milk to remaining frosting. Mix together and spread over first layer.
