Directions
- In a large pot (10+qt) add Curry Paste and Oil. Heat to Med and mix together.
- Add Chicken to pot and stir.
- Cover pot and let sit 5-8 minutes, stirring if needed. Make sure chicken looks cooked.
- Remove from heat and add Everything Else.
- Stir, add a lid, and cook on Medium for 45 minutes, stirring once or twice.
- Serve with Steamed Rice, refrigerate leftovers.
