Directions
- In a medium-sized bowl, dissolve Yeast in Warm Water.
- Stir in Malt, Honey, and Salt.
- Add Flour gradually while stirring until dough forms a ball.
- Knead lightly on floured board, adding a little more flour until dough is easy to handle.
- Divide into 16-24 pieces. Roll each piece between your hands until 10-12 inches long.
- Place on a greased cookie sheet and brush tops with melted butter.
- Sprinkle with desired toppings.
- Allow to rise 15-20 minutes (although change in size is not evident).
- Bake at 400° for about 15 minutes.
- Serve fresh with dips (butter, honey mustard, etc)
