- In a mixing bowl, mix Juice/Soda, Salt, Pepper, Cumin, Chili Powder
- If using diet soda, add 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar per pound of meat to compensate for the lack of sugar
- If using diet soda, add 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar per pound of meat to compensate for the lack of sugar
- Put Pork in a slow cooker and cover with Bacon & Sauce Mixture
- Let sit 8 hours on low heat
- Remove meat from pot and discard liquid
- Shred, and add BBQ Sauce to taste (1-2 bottles)
