A variation of the somewhat recent traditional Brazilian dessert, similar to Jello

Vanilla Whipped Cream
Sagu
- In a pot bring Water to a boil.
- Add Tapioca, Cinnamon, and Cloves.
- Reduce to medium-low heat for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until almost all the pearls are clear (mostly transparent).
- Discard the Cinnamon and Cloves. Add Grape Juice, Sugar, and Diced Prunes.
- Reduce to low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until all the pearls are clear.
- Remove from heat.
- Pour into a serving bowl or on individual dessert bowls and refrigerate 4 hours.
Vanilla Whipped Cream
- Beat Cream, Sugar and Vanilla in medium bowl with electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. Keep chilled.
- Serve with or on top of Sagu
